Is This Your Teen?

Your teen knows what needs to get done, but getting started feels impossible.
Homework, activities, friendships, and family expectations are all competing for their attention.
They sit down to work, and an hour later it’s barely started.
You’ve become the reminder system, and it’s straining your relationship.
What We Work On
Getting started
Finding strategies to begin, even when they don’t feel ready
Emotional regulation

School + homework
Planning assignments, managing deadlines, and keeping track of it all
Daily routines
Mornings, transitions, and evenings that run more smoothly
Follow-through
Staying with it after the initial motivation fades
Self-advocacy
Knowing what they need, and how to ask for it

How it works

2. Build a plan
Conversation + targeted assessments to identify your teen’s strengths, challenges, and priorities, with your input.
3. Start thriving, not just getting by

Executive Function Coaching That Understands How Your Teen Works
I’m Rebecca Rapoport-Cole, an Executive Function and Life Coach. I’ve coached teens for over 15 years.
Today I also coach neurodivergent adults at a leading career coaching practice, so I see both where your teen is now and the skills they’ll need next.

I’m ICF-ACC credentialed, with advanced ADHD and neurodivergent coach training through ADDCA and the Coach Approach Training Institute.
Additionally, I hold a Trauma-Informed Coaching Certificate and am Youth Mental Health First Aid certified.

Coaching focuses on understanding what’s getting in your teen’s way and building strategies that fit how they think, learn, and live, with you kept in the loop along the way.

For Teens Reading This
Coaching is your time.
We work on what matters to you, whether that’s school, making friends or navigating your friend group, a goal you care about, or getting through the week with less stress.

What you share stays between us, unless your safety is at risk. Your parents get an update every few months, and you’ll know what’s in it before they do.
Bring whatever’s on your mind, and we’ll take it from there.

What Becomes Possible
More of what matters. Less of what gets in the way.
More Independence - your teen starts tasks on their own, keeps track of deadlines, and knows when and how to ask for help.
Less Stress at Home - fewer reminders and evening battles over homework, and more room for the rest of your relationship.
Confidence That Lasts - your teen sees what they’re capable of, and has the skills to keep building on it.
Your child doesn’t have to keep working this hard just to keep up, and neither do you.

"Rebecca listens deeply, lets me speak freely, and mirrors everything back in a way that helps me connect all the dots and get closer to who I truly am. Even when I show up feeling ashamed or guilty for 'not making progress,' she gently challenges my limiting beliefs in the most compassionate way. If you're ready to go inward instead of hearing coaches say you'll only succeed through discipline or 'just do it,' she's the one!"
