While we meet weekly, these sessions are designed to eliminate the hours you currently lose to "spinning," second-guessing, and over-complicating.

One hour of focused coaching typically saves you five hours of administrative and emotional friction every week.

What exactly is coaching and how is it different from therapy?

Therapy often looks backward to heal past trauma; coaching is a future-focused partnership. While process work is included in coaching work, we primarily focus on the "now" and the "next."

I am an ICF-Certified Coach and use various modalities in my practice, including the Co-Active methods and Cognitive Behavioral approach, to help you identify the internal blocks and external friction points stopping your progress.

We focus on building the sustainable systems and executive functioning skills you need to move forward today, rather than unpacking the past.

Do you work with people who have ADHD or executive functioning challenges?

This is actually one of the areas of my practice I'm most excited by.I've worked with neurodivergent clients throughout my 15+ years of coaching, and I'm currently completing training specifically in ADHD/EF coaching through ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA).If you have ADHD, you likely already know that coaching with someone who actually understands makes all the difference. You can schedule sessions directly through my online booking system or I can schedule them for you—whatever you prefer.

Please note I have a 24-hour cancellation policy to respect the time of all my clients and maintain the momentum of our work.
