FAQ's
Systems only feel like cages when they were built for someone else.
We build "scaffolding"—structures that provide support without restricting your creative flow.
Whether you choose a structured roadmap or a flexible pace, we design systems for how your brain actually works, turning "scattered" energy into organized momentum.
Coaching isn't "one more thing" on your to-do list; it’s a time-creator.
While we meet weekly, these sessions are designed to eliminate the hours you currently lose to "spinning," second-guessing, and over-complicating.
One hour of focused coaching typically saves you five hours of administrative and emotional friction every week.
That is totally OK and is exactly where we start.
For people with multiple passions, "locking down one goal" is often the hardest part because everything feels (and is) important.
The first phase of our work—the Discovery Phase—is designed to help you sift through the noise, identify your core values, and determine which projects deserve your energy right now.
Clarity is a deliverable of this program, not a prerequisite.
Most multi-passionates think they need three different experts. But because your life is integrated, your coaching should be too.
I bridge the gap by coaching the person managing the systems, not just the "job."
We align your business goals, career pivots, and personal well-being into one cohesive structure so you don't have to hire a village to move forward.
Therapy often looks backward to heal past trauma; coaching is a future-focused partnership. While process work is included in coaching work, we primarily focus on the "now" and the "next."
I am an ICF-Certified Coach and use various modalities in my practice, including the Co-Active methods and Cognitive Behavioral approach, to help you identify the internal blocks and external friction points stopping your progress.
We focus on building the sustainable systems and executive functioning skills you need to move forward today, rather than unpacking the past.
While I am not a medical professional, I work a lot with the mechanics of executive functioning for creative minds.
We focus on the practical "how" of starting, finishing, and prioritizing with systems that work for you and your brain.
Congrats! You are in the right place. You don't have to be "100% freelance" to be a successful multi-passionate individual or creative.
Many of my clients are corporate professionals with high creative ambition.
We work on validating that ambition within your current structure, building the stability you need for your 9-to-5 while creating a sustainable system for your creative growth.
I offer two ways to move through the 12-week coaching container because different brains thrive under different conditions.
Lane A (Structured) is for the person who wants a clear roadmap, weekly milestones, and high accountability to keep them on track.
Lane B (At Your Pace) is for the person who needs room to breathe and prefers to move around their shifting weekly priorities without the pressure of a rigid schedule.
We’ll determine which path fits your current high mental load during our free clarity call.
You don’t start from scratch when the 12 weeks are over. You graduate with a "functional toolkit" rather than just a finished to-do list.
By the end of our time, you will have a sustainable system that has been stress-tested against your real-life distractions and high mental load. In our final session, we’ll review your progress and discuss how to keep your momentum high.
Many clients choose to transition into a new coaching cadence that works for them once their 12-week program is over.
