Executive Function Coaching That Understands How You Work
I’m Rebecca Rapoport-Cole, an ICF-ACC credentialed Trauma-Informed Executive Function and Life Coach, with advanced neurodivergent coaching training through ADDCA and the Coach Approach Training Institute.
With 15+ years of coaching and entrepreneurial experience, including work at a leading neurodivergent adult career coaching practice, I bring both professional expertise and practical experience helping ADHD, autistic, and neurodivergent adults regulate emotions, build follow-through, find work that excites them, and thrive once they’re in it.
Our executive function coaching focuses on understanding what’s getting in your way and building strategies and systems that fit how you think, work, and live.

The Cost of Staying Stuck
When everyday tasks take enormous effort, even the basics can leave you exhausted. You spend so much energy trying to keep up, recover from setbacks, and get yourself back on track that there's little left for the things you actually want to do.

What Becomes Possible
More of what matters. Less of what gets in the way.
Quiet the Anxiety — less worry about what you’ve forgotten or what you’re behind on, and more confidence in your decisions.
Build Systems That Actually Fit — ways to manage your time, tasks, and responsibilities that fit how your brain works.
Start Without the Struggle — begin tasks more easily, get back on track after interruptions, and follow through even when motivation isn’t there.
You don't have to keep working this hard just to keep up.

"Rebecca listens deeply, lets me speak freely, and mirrors everything back in a way that helps me connect all the dots and get closer to who I truly am. Even when I show up feeling ashamed or guilty for 'not making progress,' she gently challenges my limiting beliefs in the most compassionate way. If you're ready to go inward instead of hearing coaches say you'll only succeed through discipline or 'just do it,' she's the one!"
