This Month's Practice- June
Think about the word "fun" and how it pertains to the area of your life where you most want to find growth or success.
It can be your writing, social media for a new business, or dating and interpersonal relationships.
For one week, tap into the fun and see where it takes you. The goal is to have fun — not to improve, gain followers, or write a certain number of pages. Just fun.
Then reflect. What do you notice?
It might take you further than any time-blocking or producti

Monthly Practice
Here is a challenge for those of you that have been on the diving board for some time but can't quite jump. Try this: Let's assume that you will never feel 100% ready/done/qualified — fill in the blank with whatever fits. For this month, pick one thing you've been avoiding. Now, commit to moving on it when it is 80% ready. Why? Because maybe the only way to get to 100% is to move. So, take the thing your heart has been sitting on that you want to do and ask yourself — are you

This Month's Practice - May
Think about where you've been holding back from showing up fully — in any one area of your work or life — because you're afraid the other parts will suffer.
Pick one place to show up more fully this month. Just one. Put yourself out there in that one area without apologizing for the rest of you.
Then notice what happens.
If you're ready to stop managing your passions in isolation and start building a life where all of it works together — I'd love to talk.

This Month's Practice - April
Write it down. Step back and reflect.
Write down everything you love doing. All of it — the language class, the painting, the piano you play just for yourself, the stage you perform on.
Now step back and look at that list like a stranger would.
Not measuring.
Not judging.
Just looking at someone who has so many things that light them up.
What would they think?
I'd bet it's not "pick one."

This Month's Practice - April
Think about a passion that feels neglected right now.
Ask yourself honestly — is it gone, or is it still there, just quieter right now?
Write it down. Give it a place in your life, even a small one. A weekly half hour. A Saturday morning. An Instagram account or space in your home just for you.
You don't have to feed everything equally to keep it alive. You just have to keep the door open.
