It's not the truth.
But it might be what’s holding you back

If you've ever heard a voice that says “Give up your creative work, pick one thing, and get serious about it” — this one's for you.
That voice (if you know it, you know it well) shows up at the worst times.
Right when you're gaining momentum. Right when something is starting to work, or when you're finally feeling there is space for your creativity to come through.
After a while it gets so persistent, you start to mistake it for the truth.
It isn't.
For multi-passionate creatives, the imposter voice doesn't just whisper — it makes your complexity feel like a liability. Maybe it tells you that your pull to multiple passions means you're not serious, not focused, or that you won't succeed.
Here's the thing — the voice isn't the enemy. It might even be trying to protect you. But you get to decide your relationship with it — and how loud you let it get.
Here's what I know after 15+ years as a multi-hyphenate entrepreneur and ICF-certified coach: the voice isn't you.
And once you see it clearly, everything changes.
The First Step: Building Awareness
This week, notice when the voice shows up. What does it say? When does it get loudest? Just awareness—no fixing yet.
Pay attention and note when it shows up. It's the first step to being able to quiet it.
